Bachelor's degree
- Experience delivering programs for large, cross-functional, global teams, using data and metrics to provide insights and drive improvements
- Experience building and effectively executing a strategy from the ground up, including design of roadmaps to drive incremental progress towards long-term vision and goals

This role is adaptable to be based in Mexico City or Sao Paulo.
Key job responsibilities
- Build trusted partnerships with key Country, Business and PXT leaders, Affinity Groups, community partners and IXT specialist teams to ensure design and execution of country strategy and roadmap.
- Establish reporting cadence and requisite stakeholder form for discussion and debate.
- Define key performance indicators by developing metrics for core programs and processes to asses strategic impact,



and track delivery against program objectives.
- Act as the country liaison for global IXT program and goal rollouts.
- Support regulatory/compliance requirements in partnership with specialist teams.
- Communicate new/updated programs, policies, and processes to leaders, employees, stakeholder partners, and cross functional organizations.
- Engage in pan-LATAM projects, benchmarks (both internally and externally) and in the identification, sharing and scaling of best practices.

- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive them to completion
- Ability to motivate, influence and optimize senior leadership, stakeholders and peer groups without direct authority, resolving issues and overcoming hurdles to results
- Executive level written and oral communication skills, advanced interpersonal and group facilitation skills
- Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish and English languages
