We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide end-user support, manage Microsoft 365 services, and ensure the proper operation of the organization's technology infrastructure.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in corporate IT support. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID.
Experience supporting hardware, software, computers, and mobile devices.
Advanced
English proficiency. Manufacturing environment experience is a plus.
Technical Skills
Windows 10/11 Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune Basic networking and VPN support ️ Zebra printers and peripherals Ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
