**Position Summary**
- Aptiv is looking for the next Process Specialist Engineer, to Provide manufacturing systems for the production processes of DCS Mexico plants. _
**Your Role**
- _Release of new processes and/or tools. _
- _Execution of PLC - HMI - VISION programs for workstations. _
- _Start-up and implementation of manufacturing systems that comply with established guidelines in BOP, DFM, MSD, safety, and ergonomics (equipment or tool). _
- _Adherence to established PPAP deadlines. _
- _Design operation methods - adjustment aimed at maintenance personnel. _
- _Provision and promotion of a safe working environment. _
- _Support and continuous improvement to production processes, including improvement projects. _
- _Development of manufacturing systems for new products that meet quality and capacity requirements. _
**Your Background**
- _At least 5 years of experience as Control Engineer or Control Technician _
- _Major in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineer, or related. _
- _PROGRAMMING KNOWLEDGE OF PLC _
- RSLOGIX 500 _
- RSLOGIX 5000 _
- _HMI PROGRAMMING KNOWLEDGE _
- PROFACE HMI _
- Allen Bradley HMI Factory Talk _
- _VISION SYSTEMS PROGRAMMING KNOWLEDGE _
- Keyence _
- Cognex (Easy Builder and Spreadsheet) _
- _ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION OF ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL DRAWINGS _
- _Programming Knowledge (Staubli Robots)
