**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
The Quality and Food Safety Reporting Representative will be accountable for the execution of various workstreams including but not limited to Documentation Review, Quality Systems Management, Business Analytics, Reporting, Scorecarding, Data Management and Entry, Training Materials, Presentation Creation in support of the Quality and Food Safety area. This position will support the Quality and Sanitation Manager. This role will be responsible to be a steward of plant supply chain preventive controls, provide tactical execution of the reporting requirements, analysis of data, and preparation of presentation matierials. Delivery of department KPIs in support of strategic business initiatives are critical for success.
**Your Impact**
As a Quality Analust for Quality and Food Safety (QFS) Reporting your functions would consist of:




- Collection and analysis of Product Quality data with subsequent reporting of data to the business.
- Identify trends and recommend corrective action measures when needed
- Supply Chain Preventive Control Review
- Quality and Food Safety Document Review and Internal Auditing
- Partner with key stakeholders for coordination of key business initiatives and performance metrics
- Collaborate and maintain high levels of communication with all stakeholders (QC, Food Safety, QA, Field & HQ Operations, R&D;, Consumer Relations, IT)
- Proactively work to identify new ways of working to deliver efficiency gains
- Ensure delivery KPIs in compliance with agreed upon guidelines
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree required with concentration in Business, Data Analytics, or Engineering preferred
**Experience**
- English Fluency required - written and verbal
- 0-2 years of experience with Reporting and Business Analytics
- Basic understanding and interest of Quality and Food Safety
- Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel) **is a must**,
- Super organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively
**Skills**:




- Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactively communicates using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise and professional manner
- Ability to recommend automation and process improvements to improve workflow execution
- Ability to analyze and establish statistical correlations across multiple data sets
- Basic knowledge of Technical Writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams
- Be adaptable, organized and able to handle competing priorities
