- Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and hiring process coordination.

- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs that promote a positive workplace culture.

- Collaborate with HR team members on onboarding activities for new employees and interns.

- Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation while ensuring data accuracy.

- Support training and development activities, including logistics coordination and attendance tracking.

- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and HR-related communications.

- Participate in continuous improvement projects and contribute fresh ideas to enhance HR processes and employee experience.

- Provide administrative support for daily HR operations and special projects.

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration,



Industrial Relations, or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across different teams.

- Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

- Team player with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- Advanced or intermediate English skills (written and spoken).

- Interest in Human Resources processes such as recruitment, employee engagement, training, and HR administration.
