We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. **Responsibilities**:
- Utilize excellent phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions.
- Identify opportunities for sales and upselling to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer records and process orders.
- Analyze customer inquiries and complaints to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers or promote special offers.




- Provide support to bilingual customers in both English and Spanish.
**Requirements**:
- Sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems.
- Ability to analyze information and problem-solve effectively.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to customers.
