Key Responsibilities:
- Develop corporate strategies in the operations area in coordination with the board of directors and management.
- Manage resources and budget for the operations department to achieve maximum productivity.
- Supervise the operations area, ensuring proper functioning of personnel and materials.
- Lead the production department, maintaining quality, service, and efficiency.
- Provide leadership to the team, contributing to a favorable work environment, teamwork, and motivation.
- Participate in the recruitment, selection, induction, and training process for the team.
- Offer excellent service to all levels of the company.
- Manage and coordinate training to enhance the technical skills of the team.
- Ensure optimal use of resources in operations.
- Reduce costs and improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage conflicts and ensure operational stability.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or MBA.
- Languages: Advanced English (fluent).
- Experience: Over 5 years in operational management roles.
- Experience as a leader or project manager related to information technology.
