Job Summary
We are looking for a Java L3 Support Engineer to join our team. The adecuado candidate should have experience in Java, Unix, and SQL to support and troubleshoot production applications.
Required Skills
- Java:- 4+ years of experience
- Unix:- 2 to 4+ years of experience
- SQL:- 2 to 4+ years of experience
- Application Support:- 4+ years of experience
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 (L3) application support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Analyze application logs and identify root causes.
- Work with development and support teams to fix issues.
- Monitor application performance and ensure system stability.
- Support deployments and production releases when needed.
