**Marketing Manager**

**Position: Marketing Manager**
**Must have Excellent English**
**Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 MXN pesos per month, Plus Bonus**
**Employment Type: Full-time, 8 Hr. Shift**
**Strong proficiency in Shopify**, **Klaviyo, Segment lists, a/b/tests, POD, Customer service experience, Design.**
**Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English**
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve company objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI
- Provide regular reports on marketing KPIs and campaign results
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
- Strong proficiency in shopify, Klaviyo,



Segment lists; a/b/tests; POD; Customer service experience; Design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
