We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Manufacture MRO Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales.
**Responsibilities**:
- Customer estimates
- Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records
- Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions.
- Retrieve data as requested by authorized personnel
- Greet customers and create reports.
- Responsible for customer follow-up
- Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Background check, required.
- Possess excellent customer service skills!
- Must be knowledgeable on store products.
**Requirements**:
- Ability to lift to 30 pounds.
- High school diploma/GED
- Must speak, read & write English and Spanish
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- 2+ years of experience in commission sales and Retail sales experience
- oversee our warehouse when required.
