ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
**Responsibilities**:
Coding and Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages such as Python, Typescript, C#, or JavaScript.
Testing and Debugging: Assist in testing software components, identifying and fixing bugs, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and translate them into functional software.
Documentation: Document your work, including design decisions, code comments, and user guides.
Learning and Growth: Be proactive in learning new technologies, tools, and best practices related to software development.
**Qualifications**:
Enrollment: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering,



or a related field.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with programming languages (Python, Typescript, C#, etc.) and basic understanding of data structures and algorithms. Database manipulation is a nice to have.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems, propose solutions, and implement them effectively.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and learn from others.
Passion: Genuine interest in software development and a desire to contribute to meaningful projects
MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Typically reports to Management. Direct supervisor job title(s) typically include: Test Development Manager/Technical Program Manager/Project Engineer/Senior Test Development Engineer/Test Development Engineer/Lead Test Development Technician.
