**Requirements**:
- Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Availability to work in Ramos Arizpe
- +2 years in Product Production and Quality
- +2 years in the automotive industry
- Conversational English
- Intermediate-Advanced Office
Activities:
- 1+ years' experience in Automotive Industry
- 1+ years' experience in Fabrication or Manufacturing
- 1+ years leading a team in a machine shop or manufacturing environment, including training staff.
- Core tools knowladge (PPAP/MSA/PFMEA/CP/APQP)
- Solving tools knowladge (8Ds/Ishikawa diagram/5whys)
- Experience in developing and maintaining a Quality Management System
- Experience with customer Ability to finalize the tasks for performance-oriented.Recent progressive and HR experience in a complex organization with diverse cultures, and operating environments, including experience providing forward-facing strategic recommendations and working with senior leadership
