Provide and administrate Technical and Service training to customers and associates. Provide Technical Support to sales group for new business and opportunities. Ethical Policy Compliance. Safety Compliance.
You will report to Technical Service Manager, you will work at our office in Saltillo, Ramos Arizpe #LI-Onsite.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Standardization of process manuals of customers.
- Standardization of checks list with customers.
- Standardization of Line Survey forms
- To give solution the Trouble shooting of Regional Service teams.
- To support Lab trials
- To support the Launch programs
- To provide Technical support to customers by phone or online.
- Achieve PPG’s safety goal 0 accidents
- Achieve assign training programs 100% (Employee and Customers)
- 100% support to Secure Launch programs
- 100% Customer satisfaction on Trouble shooting situations. (No service claims)
- Service Travel expense as percent of new sales achieve.
**Qualifications**
- Industrial/Chemical Engineer
- 1 to 3 year minimum experience in Pretreatment technology Field Service.
- Trouble shooting experience.
- General Knowledge about different Technologies of coatings (Liquid, Powder, E-coat, pretreatment)
- Knowledge of coatings test methods
- Knowledge of service tools.
- Quality Systems Basic experienced (TS, ISO, QS, BPI tools etc.)
- General knowledge of product formulation
- English Spoken 50% and written 50% minimum
- Industry Safety knowledge
- Advance training in different coatings technologies (Powder, Liquid E-coat and pretreatment)
- Application equipment training
- Technology updating
- Negotiation training
- Time management
