**Job Description**:
Serves as a ‘Lead’ advisor to other assembly supervisors with responsibility for coordinating the efforts of multiple lines and production areas.
Qualifications:
- Requires a bachelor degree in engineering or related.
- Requires at least 5 years related experience.
- Knowledge in Assembly, brazing & coil process.
- Good work record and experience.
- Ability to lead in a production environment.
- Requires tact and good judgement.
- Excellent communication skills.
