Elevate is recruiting a Commercial Contracts Attorney in Mexico to support our Contracts Legal team. As a Contracts Attorney, you will review work orders and similar agreements related to data centers for our customer in accordance with the playbook guidance in place.

Specifically, you will

- Review large volume of work orders and similar contracts with efficiency and accuracy within SLAs.
- Review requests and raise queries or follow up, as needed, in a timely manner.
- Respond to customer queries and emails in a timely manner.
- Co-ordinate with global teams.
- Manage and exceed customer expectations.
- Work hands-on as subject matter expert if the situation would require.
- Assist the Project Manager prepare/update process documents, playbooks, SOPs, trackers.

Experience

- 2 relevant experience in substantive transactional contracts support, including reviewing and interpreting commercial contracts including statement of work, NDAs, software license agreements, other commercial agreements.
- Proven track record of responsiveness and dependability in a deadline driven environment.

- Experience with Microsoft products like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Experience with contract management, reporting, or workflow software tools is a plus.
