Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced KUKA Robot Programmer to develop, program, commission, troubleshoot, and optimize KUKA robotic systems used in industrial automation and manufacturing. The adecuado candidate should have strong hands-on experience with KUKA robots, KRL programming, robot commissioning, and integration with PLCs and peripheral equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and modify KUKA robot programs using KRL (KUKA Robot Language).

Perform robot teaching, programming, setup, and commissioning.

Configure and optimize robot motion, cycle time, accuracy, and repeatability.

Troubleshoot robot programs, alarms, errors, and operational issues.

Integrate KUKA robots with PLCs, sensors, vision systems, conveyors, grippers, welding equipment, and other automation devices.

Perform robot mastering, calibration, tool/base setup, and TCP configuration.





Conduct robot simulation and offline programming when required.

Support installation, commissioning, and startup of robotic automation systems at customer/manufacturing sites.

Analyze production problems and implement corrective actions to improve robot performance.

Develop and maintain robot backups, documentation, programs, and configuration files.

Coordinate with controls, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and maintenance teams.

Perform preventive maintenance and support troubleshooting of robotic systems.

Ensure robot programs comply with applicable safety and operational standards.

Provide technical support and operator/maintenance training when required.
