About The Role We Resolve is looking for a motivated and reliable Laundry Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing and care of linens, uniforms, and other textiles by maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities Receive, sort, and prepare laundry items according to fabric type and washing requirements.

Operate industrial washing, drying, ironing, and folding equipment safely and efficiently.

Select the appropriate washing programs and chemical products for each type of fabric.





Inspect garments and linens to ensure quality standards are met before delivery.

Identify and report damaged items or equipment malfunctions.

Maintain inventory and control of linens and uniforms.

Ensure the laundry area remains clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Follow all company procedures regarding hygiene, chemical handling, and environmental practices.

Support the team in meeting daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Requisitos mínimos

Requirements Previous experience in an industrial or hotel laundry environment is preferred.

Ability to operate industrial laundry equipment.

Basic knowledge of fabric care and chemical handling.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical ability to lift, carry, and move laundry loads when required.
