Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Material Planning Analyst_ located in _Guadalajara, North._
- Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, the Material Planning Analyst role involves_ _In charge of maintaining materials/purchasing data, supplying data and information to other production departments, coordinating contracts, maintaining Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers, and creating and maintaining outsourced parts schedules._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Assists in auditing and summarizing data, preparing reports, and creating visuals._
- _ Collects and compiles data from multiple sources, including customer reports and metrics._




- _ Resolves data integrity issues and identifies potential metric-related issues._
- _ Tracks materials' financial performance and takes corrective actions when needed._
- _ Manages RMA transactions, purchase orders, and client material supply._
- _ Updates content list, and item master, and prepares DPT packing list._
- _ Supports inventory control, supply chain management, and pricing research._
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_
- _ Experience in materials or related fields._
- _ Knowledge in Baan_
- _ Advance Excel experience_
- _ Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference to practical situations_
- _ Relationship-building_ and management skills are also a plus_
- _ Nice to have Enclosure experience_
