**Key Responsibilities**:
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, interests, and buying potential.
- Dispatch and provide support to our tech team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and appointments in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and achieve targets.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a CSR or Dispatching, preferably within the same industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Strong support and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets and delivering results.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fully Bilingual
