**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role as an IT Scrum Master at Exion IT Solutions located in Monterrey, NLE. As an IT Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the Agile software development process, leading and guiding the development team, and ensuring that the team adheres to Agile principles and practices. You will collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
**Qualifications**
- Strong understanding and experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- Certification (desirable)
- Proven track record of successfully leading and coaching Agile development teams
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills




- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in the software development life cycle and working with cross-functional teams
- Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are a plus
- Knowledge of software development best practices and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
