Responsibilities and more: We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who thrives on autonomy, hustle, and getting paid for outcomes — not attendance.

This is a 100% commission-based, recurring-pay position. There is no hourly rate, no salary, and no guaranteed income. You earn when you generate results. If that excites you rather than scares you, keep reading.

What You'll Do

- Proactively source, qualify, and generate new sales leads through your own channels, network, and prospecting methods.
- Optionally hand off qualified leads to our sales team for closing, or run the full cycle yourself (prospect → pitch → close) if you have the skill set.
- Maintain accurate, real-time tracking of every lead you generate so commissions are correctly attributed.
- Operate independently,



using your own tools, systems, and outreach strategy.
- Sign and honor a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect company and client information.

Compensation Structure (Recurring Commission) This role is commission-only — there is no hourly, salary, or retainer pay of any kind.
- You source the lead, our sales rep closes the deal 5% recurring commission
- You source the lead AND close the deal yourself 10% recurring commission

Commissions are recurring, paid monthly, for as long as the client stays active. Tools & Equipment
- You must supply your own laptop/computer, internet connection, phone/dialer, and any CRM, prospecting, or outreach tools you use.
- The company does not provide equipment, software licenses, or tool stipends for this role.
