We are seeking a Lead Instructional Designer to join our team.

Our Workforce

Experience team helps clients drive digital and IT transformation by uncovering and closing gaps in employee knowledge, behaviors, and mindset. We envision, create, and roll out a diverse range of solutions for online and in-person learning, covering videos, articles, podcasts, interactive eLearning, coaching, experiential learning, instructor-led training, and assessments, all guided by the latest insights from the learning sciences. To put it simply, we look past "training" to develop learning experiences that leave a lasting mark.

Responsibilities Work alongside Subject Matter Experts to determine the learning and enablement needs of the target audiences

Define learning objectives that match learner profiles and the goals of each program

Assess, refresh, or develop content that directly supports learning objectives and the chosen delivery formats

Design engaging learning activities that strengthen and elevate the entire learning journey

Draft storyboards and cooperate closely with multimedia developers to transform ideas into meaningful instructional assets

Envision the instructional visuals, user interfaces, and full product experiences ahead of production





Devise assessment strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of individual elements, modules, or full courses

Keep project documentation and course folders well organized throughout the full delivery lifecycle

Communicate consistently with SMEs and teammates in a polite and professional manner

Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to every activity

Foster strong relationships with internal teams to fully leverage available tools and shared resources Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a comparable field

At least 5 years of hands-on professional background in instructional design

Minimum of 1 year in a people management or team leadership position, guiding a team of 5 or more FTEs

Practical exposure to authoring tools including Captivate, Articulate Storyline and RISE, or Evolve for building advanced adaptive learning content

Familiarity with instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM, backward design, e-learning blueprint, design thinking, and interactive learning experiences

Solid understanding of adult learning theory combined with multimedia design fundamentals

Strong eye for visual design and layout composition

Comfort operating within a dynamic and rapidly evolving workplace

Assured English communication skills at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken, together with attentive listening and clear articulation

Enthusiasm, drive,



a positive outlook, and a "can-do" attitude in the face of challenges

Capability to juggle multiple projects, set priorities effectively, work with autonomy, and meet strict deadlines

Track record of being trustworthy, responsive, and client-oriented across all engagements

Skill to establish rapport and inspire trust and confidence with both clients and coworkers

Adaptable thinking and agile approach to deliverables, with the ability to shape communication style for different stakeholder groups

Resilience and the capacity to stay productive under time pressure while managing workload and priorities Nice to have Robust skills in multimedia development and graphic design to enhance the quality of learning materials

Experience developing AI-driven learning and enablement solutions or AI-powered agents
