Summary

Responsible to develop and maintain integrated L2/L3 project schedules for a medium portfolio of projects to support project reporting and on time delivery analysis which complies with Customer requirements and adheres to internal processes and standards.

Responsible to support continuous improvement of Equipment Planning processes and developing/maintaining KPIs (on time delivery, key milestones, key commodities, say/do ratio, physical progress, schedule quality, etc.) & critical path analysis for complex EO & EEP projects or TK Projects where partner is leader

- Understandand ConfirmITO assumptions & risksummaryis clearlyunderstood,providedduring ITO/OTRhandoff.

- Attend CKOM & follow-uponopenaction itemsfromtheCKOM relatedto scheduleexecution

- Attends release meetings led by ITO to understand project scope, ITO assumptions, and contribute to Delivery Matrix development.

- Supportdevelopment of the Commitment Meeting file based on functional inputs, project requirements and contract requirements.

- Supportthe Commitment Meeting with functional owners to resolve initial schedule disconnects and reach agreement on the project baseline.

- Setupintegrated project schedule (including L3/L2 and S curves)baselineworking with internalGEVteam and in alignment with Integral Project Control, Planning and Scheduling processes.

- Ensuresschedules accurately reflectprojectscopeand execution strategy.

- Continuously monitors project on time delivery performance to ensure knowledge of main issues and how issues are being mitigated.

- Proactively monitors project schedule to highlight slippages, inaccurate data causing erroneous forecasts/reporting and identifies corrective actions and action owner to resolve issues.





- UpdateL2/L3projectschedulebasedon inputs from GEVteam.

- Perform scheduleanalysisonmonthlybasisto identify the critical impactsandprovidethe mitigationssuggestions.

- EnsureWIPTisupdated monthly

- Works with project team to identify mitigation strategies and ensure strategies are reflected in project schedule.

- Escalates criticalprojectissuestothe internalprojectmanager andproject team.

- Ensures reports for otherfunctionsand customersaccurately reflectstatus ofprojectequipment andprovideto customer andbusinessreporting.

- Communicatesto functionsimpactof execution strategychangesand resulting changes to requireddates.

- Actsas a resource forproject teammembersand supportswithdata,analysis,and rootcausesofschedulevariances.

- Usessomejudgement andhas someabilitytoproposedifferentsolutionstoaddressmore complicatedprojectscenarios.

- Performthe criticalpathanalysis fordeliverables and ensureno impact to contractdates.

- Claims (EOT, etc.);performdelayanalysisto supportextensionoftimeand cost claims

Required Qualifications

- This role requires advanced experience in the Project Management & Project Planning. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
