- Job Overview
You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks related to new and renewal accounts.
- Schedule
Training Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:40pm Monday to Friday
Operations Scheule: Monday 6:30am - 4:30pm, Tuesday to Friday de 6:30am a 4:00pm
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in a call center or administrative role.
- Proficient in both English and Spanish. (B2 or higher)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with office software and databases.
- Valid Mexican documents.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
