**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
The main purpose of the FP&A; Manager is to lead P&L; analysis of topline and bottom line (SDD, AOP, Fcst), provide valuable inputs for decision-making of Financial Directors, CFO & CEO, raise potential risks & opportunities throughout the year to identify mitigation plans and ensure delivering NR and NOPBT expectations. Also, this position needs to drive process simplification agenda and continuously leveraging digital tools and capabilities. Special focus on NCI (net commodity inflation) and productivity; ensure adherence of these agendas with P&L.;
**Your Impact**
As FP&A; Manageryour scope would consist of
- Support P&L; KPIs analisis: track topline, opex execution, productivity and investments agendas.



Identify and understand business challenges or opportunities; propose and create solutions.
- Deep dive into financial data in order to deliver insightful analysis, identify required actions and effectively frame decisions to be made.
- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Support and develop tools and models to improve Planning Processes as Monthly Forecast, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Deep Dive (SDD), looking for automation and simplification in all process
- Partner directly with the finance teams (BUF, Sales Finance, MBS, SCF and Central Finance) and develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
- Lead the Foods business financial planning/ forecasting roll up process by Engaging & guiding the verticals on various inputs required
- Lead Productivity analysis and reporting. Work closely with operations and sector teams to ensure targets are delivered and adhered to P&L.;
- Working closely with verticals and other functions to support any business proposals like capacity proposals, network optimization, etc
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar




- Experience in finance and planning
- Prior experience in financial planning roles strong understanding of P&L; and business case development would be a plus
- Strong financial modeling and/or analytical capabilities
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Able to work independently and takes initiative
- Experience developing financial reports and metrics
- Strong financial & analytical acumen
