As a Live Streaming Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting daily livestream operations, ensuring smooth execution of live sessions, engaging audiences, and helping drive sales performance on TikTok Shop. You will work closely with hosts, content creators, advertising teams, and e-commerce operators to create an engaging and high-converting livestream experience. Support the daily operation and on-site management of TikTok Shop livestreams.

Monitor livestream performance and resolve real-time operational issues to ensure smooth broadcasts. Collaborate with the operations team to improve livestream conversion performance and sales results.

Performance





Monitoring & Optimization Analyze performance data and make operational adjustments to improve results. Support post-livestream reviews and performance reporting. Work closely with livestream hosts, content creators, advertising teams, and e-commerce operations teams.

Participate in livestream planning, execution, and post-event optimization discussions. Previous experience in livestream operations, e-commerce operations, social media management, retail sales, customer engagement, or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Live, or other livestreaming platforms.
