**Job Description**:
1.Responsible for data annotation project management for NLP/ASR language models in Latin America, ensuring high quality and timely data delivery;.
2.Manage and evaluate model performance, conduct model iterations based on evaluation results and data analysis to meet business product requirements.
3.Responsible for the management of overseas part-time teams, to ensure that the part-time team is stable to support the business needs.
**Requirements**:
1.Bachelor's degree or above with 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in statistics or computer science.
2.Prior experience in data annotation and data operations is preferred.
3.Proficiency in English as a working language, with knowledge of Chinese preferred.
4.Diligent, patient, responsible, and strong execution skills.
Pay: $28,000.00 - $42,000.00 per month
