Receive, review and confirm PO's or reject if some information don't match
- Work with our Purchasing Team to obtain and provide a Quote with accurate information
- Attend meeting to inform and provide solutions -Follow ESR instruction when quotes or samples must be provided
- Maintain a clear communication with the customer to solve doubts
- Provide information to enter new customer in the system
- Being in touch with our Shipping area for sales from US and Mexico
- Enter RMA and Credit Notes.
- Provide SDS,TDS,REACH,RoHS and IMDS If apply
- Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in the industrial sector, account management, sales or similar roles.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Solid knowledge of import and export processes.
- Negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel for training.
