Manager - Finance Transformation & EPM

This role offers a versátil hybrid work model, based in either Guadalajara or Mexico City.

Responsibilities

As a Consulting Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding our clients through their finance transformation journey. You will:

- Deliver Transformation Projects: Drive comprehensive finance and accounting transformation projects from initial vision to final implementation. You will be responsible for developing target operating models, validating future-state designs, and overseeing deployment for our clients in the Manufacturing sector.
- Design and Implement Financial Systems: Play a key role in the design and implementation of Financial ERPs and Planning solutions. Your expertise in Cost Accounting will be critical in manufacturing environments.
- Provide Strategic Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' current states, perform benchmarking, and build compelling business cases and strategic roadmaps.



Your work will influence everything from process modeling and technology architecture to governance and organizational design.
- Engage and Collaborate: Work closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements, develop communication strategies, and deliver end-user training. Your ability to build strong relationships will be essential to project success.
- Drive Business Growth: Actively contribute to our business development efforts by participating in go-to-market strategies, and crafting winning proposals.

Qualifications

We are looking for a forward-thinking professional with a passion for finance and technology. The ideal candidate will have:
- Consulting Experience: A minimum of three years of consulting experience, with a proven ability to interact effectively with US-based clients.
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or Engineering from an accredited university.
- Hands-on experience in the design and implementation of Financial ERPs and EPMs (such as Oracle, SAP, or Workday).
- Deep knowledge of key finance and accounting processes, including US GAAP/IFRS, corporate consolidation, financial planning & analysis (FP&A;), cost accounting, and treasury management.
- Strong skills in data analytics and financial modeling.
- Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with a high level of fluency in English (C1 level minimum).
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments effectively.
