**Location**: Río Tijuana, Tijuana.
**Training Hours**: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:40 pm. Ensure you have full availability for training!
**Requirements**:
- English proficiency (B2 to C1 level, conversational).
- Residence in Tijuana.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Prior call center experience is a plus.
**Work Schedule**: Depending on your availability and the agreement during the interview, you can choose between:
- Monday to Friday with weekends off.
- Monday to Saturday with one additional day off during the week and Sunday fixed.
**Salary**: $4,262 net per week.
