**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**
- Support Manufacturing Tech refresh general program and IPI launches.
- Prepare X+Y monthly manual forecast inputs.
- Be in contact with both teams to be provided input from the PDO Teams.
- Follow up with PDO teams on PR/PO/RFQ action items.
- Work with relevant teams and report back to the team with all required details.
- Follow up with JV plants for ITSA and vendor PO action items.
- Be in contact with program stake holders to follow up cost estimations and quotes.
- Work with ITBO sourcing team to submit TR Program purchase orders.
- Work with the IPI team to submit purchase orders needed.
- Manage the IPI budget by project with the IPI team.
- Prepare yearly expense forecast and monthly follow up.
- Complete MCRP’s, administer AFRs
- Consolidate monthly metrics to support forecast deck
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**




- Bachelor’s degree relative to Information Technologies
- Experience managing budgetary portfolio
- Not afraid of working in English with multinational colleagues from all around the world
- Experience using office 365 suite
- Experience communicating with/and presenting to management and executive leadership
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects
**COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS**
- Knowledge of accounting systems (IERP, Ariba, Apption, Nicus) is helpful
- Able to understand and analyze impacts of actions to the business in financial view
- Self-motivated and have the ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work well across multiple functions
