We are seeking a Manufacturing Validation Engineer with 4–8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process validation, or equipment validation within a regulated industry. The position requires a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with blow molding equipment, including Extrusion, Injection, or Stretch Blow Molding.

Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.

Key Skills

- Blow molding equipment, including Extrusion, Injection, and Stretch Blow Molding

- Equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), process validation, and validation lifecycle management

- Medical-grade polymer processing and blow molding technologies

- Statistical analysis using Minitab, SPC, Cp/Cpk, DOE, and MSA

Required Qualifications

- 4–8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process validation,



or equipment validation within a regulated industry

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with blow molding equipment

- Experience with medical-grade polymer processing and blow molding technologies

- Strong knowledge of equipment qualification, process validation, and validation lifecycle management

Additional Skills

- Familiarity with PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment, automation systems, SCADA/HMI, and vision inspection systems

- Experience with change control, CAPA, and nonconformance investigations

- Experience with engineering documentation

- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
