We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing & Communications team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office
As the LAC Marsh Marketing & Communications Leader, you will build and lead a high-performing marketing team to drive commercial growth and enhance brand value across Marsh Risk, Mercer, Guy Carpenter, and Oliver Wyman. In this role you will provide strategic counsel to local CEOs and business leaders, ensuring marketing campaigns align with the firm’s mission and objectives while reflecting industry best practices. A critical focus will be managing the transition and transfer of brand equity to the expanded Marsh brand following the recent rebranding announcement.
This critical leader will combine strategic vision with operational excellence, be results-driven, have excellent communications/stakeholder skills, with a track record in navigating complex, multi-country roles and is adept at balancing local and global needs in a global professional services firm. This is an opportunity to champion innovation, including AI adoption, to enhance client value and operational efficiency, while inspiring and developing a team to meet ambitious regional growth targets.
Reporting to the Marsh International Marketing & Communications Leader, you will be a key member of the leadership team and maintain critical business relationships with the LAC Marsh CEO and LAC Mercer President.
We will count on you to:- Be accountable for the strategic direction and execution of marketing, brand, content, digital, and media initiatives across the LAC region, working closely with global COEs and regional business leaders.
- Drive a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with commercial priorities to enhance market profile, client engagement, and revenue growth.
- Be a strategic marketing and communications advisor to regional business leadership to ensure LAC commercial and business strategic priorities are supported.
- Lead differentiated yet integrated marketing approaches across Marsh Risk, Mercer, and the broader Marsh enterprise, balancing brand consistency with local relevance across diverse LAC markets.
- Create and execute segment/buyer driven marketing campaigns and programs to ensure good targeting and positioning in the market.
- Collaborate with business and integral marketing stakeholders to implement best practices in Internal Communications, Digital Marketing, Brand, Events, Creative Services, and Media Relations.
- Oversee marketing activities including brand positioning, thought leadership, digital presence, demand generation, marketing automation, CRM-driven lead qualification, and ROI measurement aligned with global standards.
- Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel acquisition campaigns leveraging AI-driven insights and automation to optimize client targeting, personalization, and operational efficiency.
- Champion an AI/digital-first mindset to build a strong digital experience, and content journeys tailored to LAC’s multilingual and multicultural audiences.
- Foster a client-centric, data-informed culture to continuously refine messaging and engagement strategies based on evolving market trends and client feedback.
- Build and empower a high-performing,
collaborative marketing team, promoting agility, innovation, and career development aligned with enterprise-wide standards.
- Maintain proactive reputational risk management and media relations within the regulated financial services environment.
- Manage the regional marketing budget to maximize impact and support company growth objectives.
- Drive cross-business unit collaboration to maximize client value and operational synergies across Marsh Risk, Mercer, Guy Carpenter, and Oliver Wyman in the region.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Marsh, leading the transition and transfer of brand equity to the expanded Marsh brand across LAC markets.

Certificate Management Automation & Platform Lead We will count on you to:
- Own the enterprise certificate management automation strategy and roadmap, reducing manual certificate handling and operational risk.
- Design and deliver automated issuance, renewal, and lifecycle workflows using ACME and API-based patterns across diverse technology stacks.
- Engineer CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code integration patterns, including pipeline templates, reusable modules, and golden paths that enforce certificate standards by default.
- Operate and continuously improve certificate platforms, including CA connectivity, policy enforcement, onboarding, observability, runbooks, and resilience planning.
- Partner with Security, Platform, Infrastructure, Application, and vendor teams to drive durable automation, reliability improvements, and continuous innovation, including AI-enabled opportunities.
What you need to have:
- 7–10+ years of experience in technology with increasing senior-level responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience building and operating enterprise certificate management automation platforms, ideally with HashiCorp Vault or an equivalent platform.
- Strong knowledge of ACME, certificate APIs, automated issuance and renewal patterns, and integration approaches for varied application and platform environments.
- Hands-on experience with automation and integration engineering, such as Python, Go, PowerShell, REST APIs, OAuth2/OIDC, and mTLS.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a federated, cross-functional environment.

- Experience embedding certificate controls into CI/CD and developer workflows through reusable modules, golden paths, and self-service onboarding.
- Proven ability to implement policy-as-code guardrails for naming, SANs, key sizes, validity periods, approvals, and segregation of duties.
- Working knowledge of observability, reliability, and operational management for automation platforms, including dashboards, alerting, SLOs, HA/DR, patching, and auditability.
- Familiarity with key management and secure key storage integrations, including HSMs, cloud KMS, and secrets management.
- Experience driving large-scale certificate transitions, reissuance events, or automation improvements using AI to improve efficiency and operating model maturity.
