**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist all clients and visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage member check-ins and provide information about studio services, membership options, and upcoming events.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area.
- Support the sales team by providing information to potential clients and promoting memberships and special offers.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, managing appointments, and processing payments.
- Foster a positive community environment that promotes wellness, fitness, and engagement.
**Requirements**:
- **Bilingual**: Proficient in both English and Spanish.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- **Availability to work on-site**; flexible hours.
- Passionate about **sports and fitness**.




- Interest in **sales** and ability to engage clients in conversations about our services and memberships.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
