Join us as an Office Manager to be the intermediator between our employees, vendors, and the administration.
*This is a part-time position (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 1 pm)
Main responsibilities
- Develop and implement department policies and procedures for operational improvement.
- Work with vendors and HR to recruit, orient staff, and coordinate departmental goals and projects.
- Manage office supplies, facility maintenance, and ensure safety, health, and security standards compliance.
- Lead business improvement efforts, prepare operational reports, and manage assets across multiple locations.
- Handle workspace management, staff relocation, and ensure timely payment of monthly bills
- Supervise facilities services, vendor meetings, and staff training.
- Coordinate employee engagement programs and manage transportation for site visits,

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent written and spoken English
- 2-3 years of proven work experience as an office administrator
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
- Proficient in MS Office
- Awareness of ISO, ISMS, and GRIC policies
