We are looking for a passionate** Influence marketing manager **to** **join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for creating engaging marketing strategy and managing collaborations with influencers in the USA market.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of proven experience in the same or similar job key activities and responsibilities is required;
- Superior knowledge of trends, tendencies and the media landscape;
- Strong analytical skills, including budgeting and finance;
- Excellent knowledge of organisation and process management;
- Advanced English in writing and speaking; Creativity, passion for the profession, self-confidence and ambition will be a big plus.
What you will do:
- Develop and drive US influencer marketing strategies with a focus on performance;
- Own local influencer guidance, Create and manage influencer campaigns from start to finish, including ideation, contract negotiation, content creation, and performance tracking;
- Inspire new and innovative growth strategies through the cultivation and analysis of insights,



the latest trends and best practices on TikTok, Instagram, Youtube; Prepare measurement and reporting: drive, track and report on keys KPIs, including ROAS, CMC, ROMI.
