, you'll play a key role in expanding our marketplace by identifying and bringing new merchants into our

Non-Fashion Category

. This is a highly field-oriented role for someone who enjoys meeting new people, exploring different markets, and turning business opportunities into long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do:

- Identify and acquire new merchants through market research, field visits, networking, and direct outreach.

- Visit wholesale markets, factories, industrial parks, and commercial hubs to discover potential business opportunities.

- Build relationships with merchants, understand their business needs, and present the value of joining our marketplace.

- Manage the merchant acquisition process from initial contact through successful onboarding.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity,



and emerging business opportunities to support category growth.

- Consistently achieve acquisition targets while maintaining a high-quality merchant experience.

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

- Recent graduates or professionals with up to

5 years of experience

.

- Experience or interest in merchant acquisition, sales, business development, e-commerce, retail, or international trade

.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the confidence to approach new businesses.

- Comfortable with frequent field visits and business travel.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Advanced English proficiency (required).
