**Manufacturing Supervisor**
Our Manufacturing Supervisors are creative problem solvers and out-of-the-box thinkers who contribute to enhancing the efficiency of our supply chain. Could you be our next Manufacturing Supervisor?
**Mission**
- Ensure the production requested by our customers is carried out safely and with high quality in our Tijuana plant.
**A typical day for you might include**:
- Optimize performance of our plant by hierarchically leading teams.
- Managing human and material resources with unionized personnel under your responsibility, keeping them safe and maintaining 5S standards.
- Carrying out production line improvement projects (via root cause analysis, process improvement using Lean manufacturing tools).
- Training incoming unionized personnel, promoting flexibility and rotation.
Experiência y requisitos
**Qualifications - External**
**This may be the next step in your career journey if you have**:
- 3 + years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Production
- Bachelor’s degree on industrial, electrical, mechatronic engineer or related
- English Level: Intermediate (A2-B1)
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.




- Quality improvement tools, techniques, and models knowledge
- Desirable knowledge of performance management tools (LDS/DISS/MES/TRESS, SAP).
- Preferable knowledge of ISO 9000, 45000, 14000, 50000 standards.
- A yellow belt is desirable.
