Were looking for a Customer Service and Sales Representative who excels in both interpersonal and technical skills. In this role, you'll be the voice of our clients brand, engaging with customers and building strong connections. You'll play a vital part in helping them discover solutions through our clients products and services.
**How You Spend Your Eight Hours**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for potential patients
- Provide informative and persuasive presentations about the clients products and services, assisting patients in signing up
- Guide customers in navigating the clients website, troubleshooting issues, and effectively using their products and services
- Actively seek out and engage with warm leads via phone and SMS, leveraging your persuasive communication skills to encourage sign-ups and conversions
- Use the outgoing personality and organizational skills to drive sales and contribute to our growth
**What You Must Possess**
- Demonstrated experience in sales (preferably in healthcare)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills




- Proficiency in working with technology (esp. the intercom)
- Reliable multitasking skills
- Phone etiquette and excellent listening skills

- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
