**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and content calendars to ensure deadlines are met and campaigns run smoothly.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audiences to enhance client strategy and campaign effectiveness.
- Help analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to provide actionable insights for optimizing future client campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns, content, and engagement initiatives.
- Manage administrative tasks such as organizing digital files, maintaining marketing databases, and preparing reports.
**Qualifications**:
- **2+ years of experience** in a marketing or related role, with proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
- Background in working with diverse clients and industries preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, HubSpot, Dialpad, Zapier, and ClickUp; experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
