**Key Responsibilities**:
- Onboard new Realtors joining the company.
- Analyze documentation.
- Upload documentation to different portals.
- Follow up with the new hires.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR or People Operations, with a focus on talent management and employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret HR metrics and data.

- Base salary ranges from $16,000 MXN to $18,000 MXN, varying based on experience.
