Join our team as a Sr. Full Stack .NET Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build the full-stack application from the wireframe and architecture guidelines.
- Own technical design and architecture across front end, back end, and data layers.
- Design and build RESTful APIs and integrations with external services.
- Lead BI integrations (Tableau, Power BI )
- Stand up CI/CD
- Design the user-management database (sql, or nosql).
- Establish the testing approach; oversee unit, integration, and load testing.
- Optimize performance across front end, back end, and database.
- Apply AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) and set good practices.
- Direct, code-review, and mentor the Developer; maintain technical documentation.
- Work within the Agile process and report progress weekly.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS





- 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience, including custom web applications built from the ground up.
- Strong proficiency across a modern front-end framework (e.g., React) and a back-end stack (e.g., .NET).
- Hands-on AWS experience, including building and hosting applications in a secured cloud environment.
- Proven experience designing and securing user management, authentication, and role-based access.
- CI/CD experience with GitHub and Octopus Deploy (or comparable) across multiple environments.
- Relational database design experience (PostgreSQL / Amazon RDS or similar).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
