This Position is in charge that the company comply the manner efficiency with all the requirements by Maquila Program in order maintain benefits provided by Government focused on VAT certification (ANNEX 24 & 30)
- VAT Certification Maintenance and renewal presents all the notices required by Government on time.
- Review and validate Data Stage Report VS annex 24 reconciliation to verify all the information contained in Customs systems is correct.
- Manages Import/export data base (Annex 30)
- Review and upload the discharge report to the SAT
- Analysis of the discharge report (charges, credits, balances and overcharges)
- Update annex 24 according to our database in ERP system.
- HTS code management
- Bill of materials Analysis
- Help to develop KPIs of the department and participate in cost savings projects.
- Manages MX governmental audits related with annex 24 & 30
Experiência y requisitos
**Required Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Able to manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, including making decisions affecting company resources
- Excellent problem-solving abilities along with oral and written communication skills
- VAT certification
- English Spoken and writing 80%
- knowledge of Annex 24 System I-Xport preference
**Required Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Foreign trade or related field.
- 3+ years’ Experience in Import-Export Compliance department
