Join our dynamic team as a _**Case Management Specialist**_ based in our **Hollywood Office**. Working on a schedule from **Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm**. At RRA, we believe in more than just seizing vehicles; we seize opportunities. As part of the team, here’s what's expected from you:
**Key Responsibilities are, but not limited to**:
- Incoming and Outbound Investigation calls.
- Client calls and client updates.
- Agent updates / Data entry.
**Requirements**:
- Based in Mexico.
- Able to work from 9 am to 6 pm Eastern time.
- Outstanding English communication skills.
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in managing case information.




- Must be highly proficient and quick with computer systems, capable of efficiently handling multiple platforms and tasks at once.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
