**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Learn and follow the architecture and design subsystems
- Develop, test, and debug complex software systems
- Ongoing support of multi-entity Service Centers
- Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability
- Maintain and improve existing codebases
- Set goals, and measure progress against objectives for self and projects
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of software development experience
- English speaking
- Strong experience building user interfaces with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL
- Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming/Design
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with jQuery, Node.js, React.js, Azure, and Bootstrap is a plus
- Ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Be available to work extended work hours, as necessary
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
