**Responsibilities**:
- Take full accountability for technical solution by implementing optimal product selection supported by technical value engineering and management of the technical risks until transfer to Operation (ToC)
- Take the technical lead towards the Region and the projects (wind, hybrid and P2X) across different project stages by coordinating technical functions (Siting, Plant Solutions & SCADA) in a deal team approach with all relevant stakeholders. Coordinate the technical contract negotiations and develop technical/commercial commitments in accordance with Vestas' policies and governance.
- Ensure a holistic acknowledgement, management and representation of the commercial and legal aspects of technical solutions across project life.
- Collaborate with other regions and in cross-functional efforts to improve processes and increase efficiency of the technical bids.
**Qualifications**:
- Engineering background combined with commercial insight/interest;
- Ability to direct and coordinate cross-functional and multinational taskforce;
- Previous experience in wind energy in technical related area;
- Previous international experience is desired;
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
