Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Open Job Application role based in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area. Candidates may be considered for a range of positions, depending on experience and fit with Xolo Lab’s innovation, venture architecture, research, and operational needs.

Day-to-day responsibilities can include supporting interdisciplinary projects, contributing to strategic design and analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in co-creative work between humans and machines. Team members may assist with implementing and maintaining innovative systems, documenting processes,



and providing technical or analytical support for internal initiatives and external collaborations. The role requires active participation in the lab’s selective, high-confidentiality environment, adapting to evolving priorities while upholding ethical, human-centered and privacy-conscious standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and systems thinking in complex, interdisciplinary environments.
- Candidates should possess Application Support and Troubleshooting skills to assist with maintaining, diagnosing, and improving tools, platforms, and venture-related systems.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, document insights clearly, and engage in co-creative work between humans and machines.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities to provide operational assistance, help resolve issues, and support emerging technology integrations.
- Experience or education in fields such as innovation, technology, design, systems thinking, or related disciplines is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area, maintain confidentiality, and operate with integrity in a selective collaboration environment is required.
- Comfort with emerging technologies, interest in human-centered and privacy-conscious solutions, and fluency in English and/or Spanish are advantageous.
