Descripción del empleo

Responsabilidades principales

- Ejecutar programas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en habitaciones, áreas públicas, oficinas y áreas de servicio.
- Diagnosticar y reparar fallas eléctricas, hidráulicas, sanitarias, de aire acondicionado, carpintería, pintura y acabados.
- Dar seguimiento oportuno a las órdenes de trabajo asignadas.
- Monitorear el funcionamiento de equipos electromecánicos y reportar cualquier anomalía.
- Operar de forma segura equipos, herramientas y maquinaria del departamento.
- Apoyar en el mantenimiento de sistemas de iluminación, bombas, generadores, calderas, equipos de cocina y aire acondicionado, de acuerdo con su nivel de especialización.
- Mantener registros de mantenimiento cuando sea requerido.
- Cumplir con las normas de seguridad, higiene y protección civil.
- Mantener limpias y organizadas las áreas de trabajo, talleres y almacenes.
- Brindar atención inmediata a solicitudes de mantenimiento reportadas por huéspedes y colaboradores.
- Participar en guardias y atender emergencias operativas cuando sea necesario.
- Contribuir al ahorro de energía, agua y demás recursos, promoviendo prácticas sustentables.

Requisitos Requisitos: Escolaridad: Carrera técnica o bachillerato técnico en Electricidad, Electromecánica, Refrigeración, Mantenimiento Industrial o afín.

Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en mantenimiento de hoteles, edificios o instalaciones similares.

Conocimientos

- Electricidad de baja tensión.
- Plomería e instalaciones hidráulicas.
- Aire acondicionado y refrigeración.
- Mantenimiento general.
- Lectura básica de planos.
- Seguridad industrial.
- Manejo de herramientas manuales y eléctricas.
