Collaborate with its team to ensure the execution of the HR strategies related to bring the right talent required on time, deploy the culture of the company within the new Molex plant and act as the HR lead for the assigned projects / areas to support from a HR perspective.

**What You Will Do**
- Determine the basis for the training process aligned with the quality regulations / requirements
- Define the training programs for the plant, from a tracking and content perspective. Soft and hard skills
- Look for optimization of current processes
- Work on the documentation to determine the rules of usage of the plant amenities
- DL - determine resources, plans to bring the talent on time
- Ensure the correct payment for all the employees
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Bachelor Administrative or similar
- 3 years in similar roles in contract manufacturers / OEM
- Ley Federal del Trabajo (strong labor experience)
- Advanced english level
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive / Intuitive
- Self-driven

Act as a primary HR interface and business partner for designated departments to make sure plans are aligned with the business priorities and needs, self-starter to drive changes and deliver superior results.

**What You Will Do
- Respond, review and analyze business request to provide HR consultancy or recommend appropriate plans to improve employee performance, retention, and engagement.
- Ensure all HR policies and practices follow Molex corporate and the statutory requirements while limiting liabilities and promoting a safe, fair, positive and engaging work environment.
- Closely working with Recruitment team to deliver clear strategic resource planning with high talent acquisition standards.
- Facilitate employee training and development activities; support business to review organization talent status and design development plan.
- Support business to manage employee performance and compensation to maximize employee contribution.
- Support business to well manage the position including recruiting, transforming, restructuring, and terminating to upgrade organization quality.
- Handle Labor/legal issues, employee disputes, PIP and separation cases.
- Support the roll out of employee activities in assigned department.
- Support, communicate within DG organization and promotes employee understanding in integral/regional/DG HR policies, procedures,



programs or activities.
- Develop collaborative relationships with the other members of the HR functions/COEs across China and Asia; communicate status and develop solutions for business.
- Take care of People metrics in a timely manner: Turnover, Absenteeism and Overtime
- Drive the deployment of our MBM culture to employees, supervisors, and managers.
- Take the role of communication between employee and business to improve employee morale.
- Support Sr HR manager, as assigned.
**Who you are**
- Fluent English
- Bachelor's degree or above with majoring in BA, Labor Relations, HR, Psychology, or related disciplines
- 7 years' HR Generalist experience in MNC
