**About the Role**:
This remote position is perfect for someone with medical experience and exceptional English skills (C1). Key responsibilities include managing patient data, scheduling appointments, handling inbound and outbound calls, and maintaining accurate patient records.
**Requirements**:
- **Mandatory**: Proficiency in eClinicalWorks (eCW) or willingness to be trained
- 1+ years of experience in medical accounts
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurances
- English proficiency at C1 level (bilingual in English & Spanish preferred)
- Reliable internet connection (100 MB+) and own devices (laptop/desktop and headset)
**Working Hours**:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Miami, FL time)
- Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (as needed)
